Part-Time Turner

We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Vejle on a part-time basis. As a Part-Time Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools to create precision metal parts according to the specifications provided. You will work closely with our team of experienced Turners to ensure that all production processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other metalworking machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and metalworking equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
- Physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will work an average of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours depending on workload.

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vejle. While preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Vejle or surrounding areas, we welcome applications from candidates willing to relocate.
