Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Provide support to various departments by assisting with projects, data entry, and other tasks as needed
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional overtime when needed
Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation provided)
