Job Title: Metal Worker

We are a metalworking company based in Copenhagen and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal products according to blueprints and specifications. Your work will require attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with various tools and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal products using various tools such as saws, shears, drills, and welders
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal materials using rulers, calipers, squares, or templates
- Align and fit parts together to form complete units or subunits using welding techniques
- Smooth and polish surfaces of finished products using hand tools or power tools
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in using various hand tools such as saws, shears, drills, etc.
- Experience with welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or ARC welding
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately
- Own visa or work permit in Denmark (preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per week for this contract position.

Location:
This position is located in Copenhagen but is open to candidates of all nationalities who have the legal right to work in Denmark.
