Executive Chef

As an Executive Chef at our award-winning restaurant in Acre, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the culinary experience for our customers. Your creativity and passion for food will shine through in every dish you prepare, while also maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. You will lead and manage a team of talented chefs, ensuring that all meals are executed with precision and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will also include menu planning, purchasing ingredients, managing inventory, and controlling costs to ensure profitability. Additionally, you will work closely with the front of house staff to ensure excellent service and a smooth dining experience for our guests.

To excel in this role, you must have prior experience working as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining establishment. You must possess excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with your team. Creativity and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position. You must also have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in scheduling, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. As this is a busy restaurant located in a popular tourist destination, the ability to work well under pressure is crucial.
