Electrician for Electrical Contracting Company in Los Angeles

Our Electrical Contracting Company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You must have a thorough understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations, as well as the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment according to specifications
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and wiring
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Thorough understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations
- Knowledge of various types of electrical systems and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred
- Valid electrician license or certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an electrician
- Own tools
Salary: $1200 per week (based on experience)
