Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by anticipating their needs and fulfilling their requests. You will assist guests with various arrangements such as restaurant reservations, transportation, and sightseeing tours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about the local area, and have previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events to make recommendations to guests
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, or other establishments as requested
- Arrange transportation for guests including taxis, rental cars, or private drivers
- Coordinate sightseeing tours for guests and provide information on local attractions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up with them to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain the concierge desk area in an organized and presentable manner

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
