Junior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Braga. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers to assist in the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals without prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in conducting site visits and surveys to gather data for project planning
- Collaborate with other team members to develop project designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare cost estimates and material specifications for projects
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Conduct quality control checks on construction materials and techniques
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (candidates currently pursuing their degree may also be considered)
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to work on-site at construction sites as needed

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable depending on qualifications)

Location: Braga, Portugal (candidates from other locations may also be considered)
