Florist - Indian Candidates Preferred


We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team at our flower shop in Clairvaux. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service to our clients, maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, and ensuring the overall appearance of the shop is clean and inviting.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Florist
- Ability to work full time including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in floral design
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences for floral arrangements
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements according to client requests using a variety of flowers, foliage, and accessories
- Prepare orders for delivery or pickup while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, ribbons, etc.
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering suggestions, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and attend workshops or trainings if necessary

Salary:
Starting salary of $1500 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Clairvaux. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in the city.

Note: This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we will provide free visa sponsorship and ticket for the right candidate.
