Barista - Coffee Enthusiast and Customer Service Specialist



We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team in Acre, providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee drinks for our customers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality espresso-based beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages according to customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly service
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions with accuracy
- Restock inventory, monitor supply levels, and inform management when supplies are running low
- Follow health code guidelines for food safety and sanitation standards

Salary: $1000 per month

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
