Indian Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As an Indian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within the company, including developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company growth
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop relationships with new clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage the sales team and provide leadership and guidance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
- Create sales reports and analyze data to measure performance against targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales goals
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
Salary: 1100$
Location: Bungoma (Indian nationality preferred)
