Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Braga. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings and structures, as well as managing technical aspects of projects. This is a full time job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of building projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
