Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Braga, Portugal

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Braga on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for using your technical skills and knowledge to support the design and construction of buildings. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for designs
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building designs
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Communicate with contractors to resolve any issues during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, specifically AutoCAD
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
