Skilled Handyman for Property Maintenance in Kolding


We are in search of a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Kolding. The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on properties including carpentry work, plumbing repairs, and electrical installations
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and make necessary repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials for maintenance tasks
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Communicate with tenants and landlords to address any maintenance concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role with knowledge of various trades
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with tenants and landlords
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment or materials when needed
- Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings if required

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in a trade such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with tools and equipment
