A metal fabricator is responsible for producing and assembling metal products based on blueprints, drawings, and specifications. They use a variety of tools and equipment, such as cutting torches, grinders, and welding machines, to shape and join metal pieces. In this role, you will work with a team of metal workers to create a wide range of products such as structures, tools, and machinery parts.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, and join metal pieces using various tools and equipment
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards
- Use welding techniques to fuse metal parts together
- Work with a team of metal workers to complete projects on time
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metalworking preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field
- Knowledge of different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Almada, Portugal. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own visa.
