We are a reputable accounting firm based in Ufa, seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of data
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Monitor expenses and budgeting activities
- Conduct audits and identify potential financial risks or discrepancies
- Provide support for tax preparation and filing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be authorized to work in Ufa
