We are looking for a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our international team in Izhevsk. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking employees and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of English-speaking employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide necessary training
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new team members as needed
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in an international setting
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
