Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef with experience in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Mauren. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing authentic Indian dishes, developing menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian cuisine and a creative approach to menu development. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per week. Accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute authentic Indian dishes
- Develop menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an Indian restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, cooking techniques, and regional specialties
- Ability to create unique dishes while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
