Mason Supervisor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Chelyabinsk. This position requires someone with strong leadership abilities, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a team of masons to ensure quality work and timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan project layouts
- Measure and mark surfaces to be covered with brick, stone or other materials
- Cut or break bricks and stones to fit specific spaces using hand or power tools
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas for laying bricks, blocks or stones
- Lay bricks, blocks or stones in horizontal rows, ensuring levelness and alignment
- Repair cracks or damaged areas in existing brickwork using caulking gun or other tools as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on scaffolding at heights

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Chelyabinsk. Candidates from India are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Note:
This position does not require fluency in English. However, basic communication skills in English will be beneficial. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit for Chelyabinsk.
