Architectural Technologist


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate and high-quality drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials meet project requirements
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or changes that arise
- Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
