Land Surveyor

We are in need of a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact boundaries and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, as well as excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography
- Analyze data and prepare reports, maps, and charts based on survey results
- Determine property boundaries and create accurate legal descriptions
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate information for projects
- Adhere to safety procedures while on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using survey equipment such as GPS, total stations, and data collectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of CAD software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it. A biometric passport is also required for this role.
