Moderator for Biometric Passport Verification in Kaunas, Lithuania

We are in need of a detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of biometric passports and ensuring compliance with government regulations. This is a full-time position that may require some evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the authenticity of biometric passports through thorough examination and comparison with official databases
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and procedures for biometric passport verification
- Communicate professionally and effectively with applicants and government officials
- Maintain accurate records of all verified passports
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for efficient verification

Requirements:
- High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or discrepancies
- Knowledge of government regulations and procedures related to biometric passport verification preferred
- Experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Must have experience working with biometric passports

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania
