Bilingual Moderator for Online Community (English/French)


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Bilingual Moderator for our online community. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our platform in both English and French. This is a contract position based in Kaunas, with flexible working hours and an opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform in both English and French
- Review and moderate all comments, posts, and messages according to our community guidelines
- Respond promptly to user inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a positive and engaging tone in all interactions with users
- Identify trends or issues within the community and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for enhancing user engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional tone in all interactions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (applicant must have own visa)
