We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team in Akron, USA. As an electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various buildings and facilities. You will also be expected to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of electrical principles and techniques. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Collaborate with other team members on projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of apprenticeship program or technical degree in electrical field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an electrician
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $1400 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
