Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Ashdod. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets and drive sales growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and increase sales revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team members
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages is an advantage)
- Valid work permit for India
