Job Title: Painter


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Painter to join our team in Kaunas. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various structures including buildings, houses, and other surfaces. You will be required to mix paint, prepare surfaces, and apply coats of paint according to specifications. We are looking for candidates who have a keen eye for detail and can work efficiently to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities:
- Mix paint and prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint
- Apply coats of paint using brushes, rollers or spray equipment
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Use drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas from paint
- Clean up tools and equipment after each job
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs
- Advise clients on color schemes and types of paints suitable for different surfaces

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to mix colors accurately and match existing shades
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if needed
- Good communication skills in order to understand client needs and provide recommendations
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Nationality Preferences: Pakistani or Malayalee preferred but not required.
