Head Baker

We are a busy bakery in Washington, seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control. We are looking for someone with a strong background in baking and pastry arts, as well as leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement recipes and production processes to ensure consistent quality.
- Train and supervise baking staff on proper techniques and procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new products and promotions.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Manage budget and expenses related to bakery operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a baker or pastry chef.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Experience managing inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.
