We are hiring a Moderator to join our fast-growing community of Malayalees in Mauren. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the discussions and interactions within our online platform. Your main goal will be to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all members while ensuring that the discussions remain relevant and respectful.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all discussions within the online platform.
- Ensure that all posts and comments adhere to our community guidelines.
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with members to encourage meaningful discussions and foster a sense of community.
- Identify and address any potential conflicts or issues within the community.
- Collaborate with other moderators to continuously improve the platform and its features.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
- Ability to remain impartial, objective, and calm under pressure.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive community.

Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Mauren, Liechtenstein (willingness to relocate preferred)
