Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. Your main duties will include operating the loader to move materials, performing routine maintenance on the equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires previous experience operating loaders and a strong understanding of heavy equipment operations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader to load and unload materials such as gravel, sand, and other construction materials
- Check equipment before each use and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow safety regulations at all times to ensure safe operation of the loader
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep track of material inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operations
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month in Izhevsk. As an Indian national, you will be given preference for this role. Accommodation will also be provided for this position. The working hours may vary depending on project demands but typically range from 40-50 hours per week.
