Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and specifications. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. You must have strong leadership skills to manage junior architects and effectively communicate with contractors and suppliers. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and designs according to client needs and budget
- Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to ensure compliance
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to discuss project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage a team of junior architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
