Turner - Experienced



As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to produce precision metal parts. You must have previous experience in this role and possess a strong knowledge of metalworking principles and techniques. The ideal candidate will also have their own visa and be available to work full-time in Porto.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.
- Read blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces
- Inspect completed workpieces to ensure they meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Comply with all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of metalworking principles and techniques
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to operate various machine tools efficiently and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have own visa or legal authorization to work in Porto
