Junior Web Designer (Contract) in Svalbard



We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Web Designer to join our team in Svalbard. As a contract employee, you will work on various web design projects for our clients, using your skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field, as we provide on-the-job training and support.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and goals
- Design and develop websites with a focus on user experience
- Utilize HTML, CSS, and other web development tools to create responsive designs
- Conduct quality checks to ensure functionality and compatibility across different browsers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one before starting work
- Strong grasp of design principles and fundamentals of web design
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and other web development tools is a plus but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues remotely

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Svalbard (open to all nationalities)
