Loader Supervisor



We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading operations at our warehouse in Lusail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a team of loaders, preferably in a warehouse or shipping environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods
- Train and mentor new loaders on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of the team
- Ensure that all goods are properly secured and loaded onto trucks or containers
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, loading times, and damages
- Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure they are in good working condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as a loader supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of loading techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping
