Baker/ Pastry Chef



We are seeking a talented and experienced Baker/ Pastry Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Baker/ Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to traditional recipes and our customers' preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare various doughs for breads, pastries, and cakes
- Bake a wide range of traditional and specialty breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate cakes with icing, glazes, fruits, and other toppings
- Create new recipes based on customer requests or seasonal ingredients
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain equipment used for baking
- Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker/ Pastry Chef in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of traditional baking methods and recipes
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation.
