Teamlead for Indian English-Speaking Team in Los Angeles

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to oversee our Indian English-speaking team in Los Angeles. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring their productivity and performance, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the option for remote work.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or in a leadership role
- Experience working with Indian team members preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their goals and targets
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate effectively with both team members and upper management

- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team
