We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in St-Petersburg, Russia. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire pastry department and creating high-quality desserts and pastries that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new dessert and pastry recipes that are unique and innovative
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all pastries and desserts
- Train and supervise pastry staff to ensure consistency in quality and presentation
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cohesive menus that complement each other
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of different types of pastries, desserts, decorations, and techniques
- Ability to lead a team of pastry chefs with excellent leadership skills
- Strong creativity and passion for creating delicious desserts that stand out from the rest
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Nepali is a plus)

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)
