Floral Designer



As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on flower selection, colors, and design. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering stunning floral designs that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and budget
- Design and create custom floral arrangements using fresh flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Follow current trends in the floral industry and incorporate them into designs
- Ensure timely delivery of orders by coordinating with the delivery team
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new items when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different flower types, colors, and design techniques
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings for special events

Salary: $1300/month

Location: Washington DC
