Moderator for Online Community in Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online community by monitoring and managing user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines and responding to user inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it meets community guidelines
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action on any violations
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and helpful support
- Collaborate with other team members to improve community engagement
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make suggestions for improvement

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Moderator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passionate about creating a positive online community experience
