Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the US. As an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage daily administrative activities such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars
-Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
-Manage office supplies and inventory levels
-Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
-Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records
-Act as a liaison between different departments within the company
-Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: $1800 per month
Location: US (accommodation provided)
