International Sales Manager


The International Sales Manager will be responsible for growing our company's sales in foreign markets. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing international relationships, as well as a deep understanding of cultural differences and business practices in various countries.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our company's sales in foreign markets
- Identify new potential markets and establish relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand cultural differences, consumer behavior, and competition in different countries
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting our products or services in foreign markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Stay updated on industry trends, international regulations, and economic conditions that may impact sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably with a focus on international markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of cultural differences and business practices in different countries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel internationally as needed (up to 50%)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must have a valid biometric passport

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Khasab, Oman (candidates must be willing to relocate)
