Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the company's operations in Vilnius. You will work closely with the finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance. In addition, you will assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor and report on key financial metrics, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your expertise in financial analysis and reporting will play a crucial role in driving business decisions and contributing to the company's overall success.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Fluency in English (Arabic or Nepali language skills are a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on key financial metrics for management review
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
- Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure they are within budgeted targets
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations through accurate record keeping and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support for various business initiatives as needed
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures related to financial reporting
