Senior Commercial Architect



The Senior Commercial Architect will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial architectural projects in Vilnius. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced architect with strong design and project management skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and a proven track record of successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and renderings to communicate design intent
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably in Vilnius or Europe
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods for commercial buildings
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
