Commercial Architect
A leading architectural firm in Vilnius is seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, suitable for Indian nationals looking to work in an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for their commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans and meets quality standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and sustainability practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel
