Commercial Architect

A reputable architecture firm in Vilnius is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in commercial architecture and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent design skills, extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Oversee project budget, timeline, and quality control
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company. This is a full-time position but we are open to discussing part-time options for the right candidate.
