Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Herning, Denmark



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist for a contract position in the vibrant city of Herning, Denmark. The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers and contractors in the development of detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations for design improvements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor and other project expenses
- Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends, materials and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or other architectural drafting software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
