Retail Merchandiser


A leading retail company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team. We are looking for candidates who have a strong background in merchandising and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual presentation of our products, ensuring they are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. You will also work closely with the buying team to select and order merchandise that meets our customers' needs and preferences. This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month, and is open to Pakistani and Filipino nationals with excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers' attention and drive sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to the buying team
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and events
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure all displays are up-to-date and visually appealing
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to make informed merchandising decisions
- Train sales associates on visual merchandising standards and techniques
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques, including product placement, pricing, and display design
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if required
