Indian Restaurant Manager in Sharjah
We are a well-established restaurant in Sharjah, known for our authentic Indian cuisine and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, budgeting, and customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff to deliver excellent service and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and manage costs to ensure profitability.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and strive to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record in staff management, training, and development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. The working hours are flexible but will include weekends. We offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
