Hotel Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. This full-time position offers a salary of 1000$ per month and is open to candidates of any nationality. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through strategic planning and successful execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales management
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work long hours as needed

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business deals
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activity, and make necessary adjustments to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to support their professional growth

Requirements for Pakistani candidates:

Requirements for Malayalee candidates:
We are also open to applications from Malayalee candidates who have experience in hotel sales management. Fluency in English is required for this role.
