Part-Time Administrator - Lahore
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Lahore. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company on a flexible schedule. This is an urgent job opportunity and we are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and handle other communication on behalf of the company
- Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars for employees
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently on a part-time schedule
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month.
