As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Ufa, Russia. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your role will involve providing technical expertise, developing project plans, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process for new construction projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, development, and construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create customized project plans that meet their requirements
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Review construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide technical expertise in areas such as structural design, building materials, sustainability, etc.
- Develop relationships with vendors and contractors to secure competitive pricing for materials and services
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to architecture

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, vendors, and contractors
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred
