Senior Architect - Ufa, Russia


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept to final delivery
- Develop detailed designs and plans using specialized software and tools
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee the production of technical drawings and specifications
- Analyze building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure compliance
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Mentor junior architects on best practices and provide guidance on complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, construction processes
- Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
